Ethnométhodologie et recherches en information-communication en santé : pour une "problémologie réflexive"

Garfinkelian ethnomethodology is part of useful theoretical frames for research on information-communication in the field of health problems. The case of an empiric research on subjective obstacle to participating as a subject in clinical trials is set out. It illustrates the way key concepts of ethnomethodology could help to break the deadlock of badly put questions--and to make visible unnoticed everyday routines of vital importance. It is suggested that ethnomethodology could provide the basis--theoretical and practical--of a "reflexive problemology"L'ethnométhodologie garfinkelienne fait partie du fonds de références théoriques qu'il peut être utile de mobiliser dans des recherches sur l'information-communication en santé. Le cas d'une recherche empirique qui portait sur les freins à la participation des malades aux essais et expérimentations biomédicaux, est développé. Il illustre la façon dont des notions clés de l'ethnométhodologie permettent de sortir de l'impasse d'une question mal posée -- et de rendre visible quelques procédures clés si banales qu'elles peuvent passer totale¬ment inaperçues.
